Kerfalla CAMARA \u00ab KPC \u00bb souhaite rappeler \u00e0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>l\u2019ensemble des citoyens que les actes d\u2019injures, de diffamation, et autres atteintes \u00e0 l\u2019honneur<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>et \u00e0 la r\u00e9putation ne sont pas de simples expressions de libert\u00e9 individuelle, mais de v\u00e9ritables<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>d\u00e9lits au regard de la l\u00e9gislation guin\u00e9enne, passibles de sanctions incluant des peines<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>d\u2019emprisonnement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Face \u00e0 la recrudescence des comportements abusifs sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux visant notre<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>client, le collectif d\u2019avocats tient \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser que des mesures sont prises pour identifier et<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>poursuivre en justice toute personne bas\u00e9e en Guin\u00e9e ou \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger se rendant coupable de<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>tels actes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Par ailleurs, le collectif d\u2019avocats demande \u00e0 toutes les personnes qui se sentent touch\u00e9es par<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>cette recrudescence d\u2019attaques visant M. Kerfalla Camara de s\u2019abstenir de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>comportements d\u00e9lictueux et de laisser les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires faire appliquer la loi.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Le collectif d\u2019avocats de M.
